I founded Elite Lifestyle Medicine because I believe midlife does not have to mean burnout. Modern healthcare often overlooks what makes the biggest difference: practical, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle coaching for busy people who want lasting change.

After nearly 27 years as a frontline doctor, I know what it’s like to run on empty. Living on caffeine and sugar, juggling everyone’s needs and wondering if the brain fog, bloating and exhaustion are just part of midlife. I’d lose it over small things like traffic, laundry or forgetting why I walked into a room.
In my forties, I was burnt out, inflamed and thinking, is this it? Spoiler: it wasn’t. I stopped masking symptoms and started listening to my body. Natural nutrition and lifestyle medicine became my rescue plan. No diets, no extremes, just realistic changes that worked. I trained as a Certified WILDFIT® Coach after discovering it through Mindvalley.
Now, as The Midlife Mojo Doctor, I help busy professionals, especially those secretly running on empty, reclaim their energy and feel like themselves again. No. The Reset Solutions are not diets. There are no calorie charts, points or rigid meal plans. You will not find any meal replacement shakes, bars or soups either. Most Reset Solutions run for 12 to 14 weeks, depending on the programme you choose. The VIP Health Uncomplicated Experience and Elite Whole Life Reset offer extended support over 6 months. The Weight Reset and Diabetes Reset are 14-week programmes with the option to continue for a further 3 months for deeper results.
The Reset Solutions are built for lasting change, not quick fixes. You’ll create habits and awareness that keep working long after the programme ends.
The Food Freedom Challenge and Health Reset Solution group coaching programmes run two or three times a year.
